My BEST CHILI EVER!! I created this recipe when I was doing Noom for weight loss. I learned about the fact that foods with higher water content make us feel full with fewer calories, and was inspired to create a tasty chili that would be satisfying with fewer calories. The basic concept is to have approximate equal portions of each of the veggies and more veggies than meat when it is combined.
